CRM Marketing Manager

A results-driven and creative CRM Marketing Manager to lead our customer data marketing strategy and execution

We are seeking a results-driven and creative CRM Marketing Manager to lead our customer data marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and increase customer retention. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, content creation, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, onboarding sequences, and re-engagement campaigns. 
  • Manage email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. 
  • Segment email lists based on behaviors, demographics, and engagement to personalize messaging. 
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling email content and visuals. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimize accordingly. 
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance. 
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). 
  • Manage and maintain email databases and ensure data hygiene. 
  • Implement email marketing automation programs according to best practice. 
  • Together with the digital team maintain control of transactional emails in web platforms and with external vendors. 
  • Co-own partner marketing communication and customer journeys together with the Marketing and Digital teams. 
  • Maintaining the structure, design and organization of templates and assure to follow company tone of voice and brand guidelines in all campaigns and emails (both marketing and transactional)  
  • Assure seamless integrations with ESP for the purpose of data accuracy and reporting. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve and expand loyalty program benefits. 

About you: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. 
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Ometria, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). 
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics tools. 
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills. 
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email is a plus. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. 
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail. 
  • Native or fluent English, Norwegian or Swedish speaker 
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation. 
  • Proven track record of being a self-starter and working independently. 
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing. 
  • Knowledge of deliverability best practices and email rendering across devices.
