About the job

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid marketing efforts across digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling performance campaigns that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and measurable ROI.

You will work closely with marketing, product, analytics, and creative teams to develop strategies, test new channels, and continuously improve campaign performance. 

Key Responsibilities

 Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic.
  • Develop and execute data-driven acquisition strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Optimization & Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics such as CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Use analytics tools to generate insights and identify growth opportunities.

Channel Management

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant networks.
  • Partner with Content, E-commerce, and Development team to optimize for SEO and AiEO in the US
  • Explore and test new acquisition channels and emerging platforms.

Reporting & Insights

  • Build dashboards and performance reports to track campaign results and marketing KPIs.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Use data to guide marketing strategy and investment decisions.

Collaboration

  • Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Partner with product, CRM, and lifecycle marketing teams to improve conversion and retention.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate attribution and tracking.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing
  • Strong experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROI/ROAS
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution models
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth startups
  • Familiarity with SEO and AiEO growth strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Experience with SQL, marketing data pipelines, or advanced analytics
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO tools
