Key responsibilities

• Responsible for urban and lifestyle market strategy in the North American market to ensure long-term health of the business in the market.

• Responsible for the sell-in and actively managing selected customers to ensure that they meet our terms and conditions

• Responsible for delivering on wholesale sales performance targets and set KPI’s as agreed upon seasonally

• Support and ensure our customers align with the agreed seasonal strategy and plans, including staff training

• Identify and engage with potential new customers

• Ensure all clients have appropriate POS and follow visual merchandising guidelines once products are in store

• Address and resolve wholesale customer needs regarding returns, stock swaps, deliveries, pricing, and proposing innovative solutions aligned with the Db strategy

• Responsible for preparing weekly reports on customer performance and brand marketing

• Attend relevant trade shows and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market  

Skills

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a similar field

• Has background with urban, lifestyle, and travel brands

• Can structure strategic thinking

• Willing to get your hands dirty

• Passion for the outdoors, creative, and travel

• Has relevant sales and store experience

• Has experience in managing customer relationships and has strong problem-solving skills

• Has good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Is outgoing, flexible for travel, and not afraid to step up when needed
