Special Projects Specialist

Supply chain searching for support to special projects

About the role

Own the “last mile” between great ideas and flawless delivery. You will be part of a cross-functional team translating marketing calendars, brand partnerships and sales events into executable operational plans—co-ordinating order management, cross-border logistics, 3PL partners, warehouses, and internal stakeholders—so every initiative lands on time, in full and on budget.

Fields of responsibility

  • Maintain a live, 100 % reconciled order book in the ERP; flag gaps, expedite changes, and align deliveries with campaign launch dates.
  • Prepare complete commercial docs (or work with partners that do this for us), HS codes, and rules-of-origin data. Select the correct incoterms and ensure tariff-code accuracy as regulations evolve.
  • Work closely with our 3PL partners to hit event or sell-in deadlines. Drive WMS/ERP integration health checks and fulfilment accuracy.
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing teams to plan, ship, retrieve and refurbish visual merchandise kits across seasons; support the Sales & Marketing teams in management, storage and any other necessary tasks required for the success of our retail activations.
  • Lead end-to-end logistics for global sales meetings, pop-ups, and partner activations—including sample movement, customs, and on-site support.
  • Track spend vs. plan; identify freight-mode savings and low-impact packaging options in line with brand ESG goals.
  • Work with the Sales Operations team supporting fulfilment and order book management during peak season moments (Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter).

What does your profile look like

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience
  • Sales Operations, Logistics or Supply-Chain role in omnichannel apparel, luggage, travel goods or similar retail brand environment.
  • Daily ERP order-book management (preferably MS Dynamics)
  • Hands-on collaboration with 3PLs (inbound, outbound, VAS) and knowledge of WMS integration
  • Cross-border shipping, customs clearance, and incoterms; familiar with EU and North-American regulations
  • Event or visual merchandising logistics coordination across multiple regions
  • Fluent English & Norwegian (additional languages a plus)

Employment type: Permanent. Application deadline: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
