Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sell-in and actively manage selected customers to ensure that they meet deadlines, review all orders and ensure they are in line with the agreed seasonal strategy and assortment plan.
- Responsible for delivering on wholesale sales performance targets and set KPI’s as agreed upon seasonally.
- Work with the customer buying team on a regular basis to push in season sales, and proactive reorder management outside of regular sales seasons.
- Ensure all clients have appropriate signage, display, and VM guidelines once product is in store.
- Address and resolve wholesale customer needs regarding returns, stock swaps, deliveries and pricing, and proposing innovative solutions in line with the Db strategy.
- Responsible for preparing weekly reports on customer performance, sell through and brand marketing
- Ensure all clients have appropriate POS and follow visual merchandising guidelines once products are in store
- Conduct necessary staff training at all doors.
- Negotiate and land all terms with all clients.
- Identify and engage with potential new customers
- Attend relevant trade shows and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market.
We are looking for a person who has..
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a similar field.
- Sales experience and store experience.
- Background with urban, lifestyle, and travel brands
- Experience in managing customer relationships and has strong problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing, flexible for travel and not afraid to step up when needed.
